Product Care
Please note the glass products we sell as "flasks" are not to be used in the mirowave and not to be used in the dishwasher. We can not accept returns on items that have been damaged because of misuse.
Our "flasks" come with a bamboo lid and metal straw. We recommend you wash the bamboo lid and metal straw by hand with warm water and gentle soap before first use and immediatly after each use.
Note regarding the bamboo lid: do not soak the bamboo lid for too long; bamboo is a porous material so when exposed to lots of water it will trap the moisture which will weaken it.

「フラスコ」として販売しているガラス製品は、mirowaveには使用せず、食器洗い機にも使用しないでください。誤用により破損した商品の返品はお受けできません。
「フラスコ」には、竹製の蓋と金属製のストローが付属しています。竹の蓋と金属製のストローは、初めて使用する前と使用後すぐに、ぬるま湯と優しい石鹸で手で洗うことをお勧めします。
竹の蓋に関する注意:竹の蓋を長時間浸さないでください。竹は多孔質の素材なので、水にたくさんさらされると水分が溜まって弱くなります。
DarthHawk Gaming loves customers. If you receive a product that is defective, misprinted, or damaged upon receiving it DarthHawk Gaming will replace it or offer a refund within 30 days.
DarthHawk Gaming's products are made to order so we hope you understand we can’t accept returns or exchanges for the following:
-incorrect sizes
-incorrect product colors
-buyers remorse
In some cases if you desire to cancel an order we may be able to do so IF it has not gone to production yet. You can use the contact page to send an email. A real human being monitors our email :)
